TrustClinix provides tools to collect and manage patient feedback and clinic reputation workflows, including routing high ratings to external review platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to your plan’s rules and Razorpay’s subscription behavior.

• No illegal, abusive, or harmful activity
• No attempts to break or misuse the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any healthcare/privacy obligations applicable to your clinic

You retain ownership of your clinic data. You grant us permission to process the data to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or business losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
